House Rules - Starship Stealth

A mechanic or sysop can as a swift action shut down systems to give a circumstance bonus to stealth checks. Each system shut down takes a full round action to reactivate, and become active at the start of that character’s turn following the action.

For each system down, you receive a bonus along the usual track. +1/+2/+5/+10

Shields (No shield Rating until activated) Weapon systems (no weapons may fire until system starts) Hyper Drive (requires 10 rounds until ready to jump) Sub-light drive (ship is flatfooted until system starts)
